The hotel division at present has 9 establishments all situated in the centre of Barcelona. Núñez i Navarro inaugurates its first hotels in Barcelona; and in the year 2001 the brand Núñez i Navarro Hotels is created with a business department for all its hotels and a unique corporative image. The new brand started a series of changes in the hotel group, banking on urban and designer hotels where quality and their excellent location constitute one of the differential points of the group.
Rehabilitacion
The essence of a city is found in each of its streets. It lives in each one of its buildings. It beats in its people's hearts. For this reason, Núñez i Navarro for over 50 years has maintained, recovered and returned to Barcelona and its citizens the wealth of its most singular buildings. By renovating them we contribute to keeping its history alive and the identity which defines everyone.
We work rigorously to conserve an architectural splendour which already forms an integral part of Barcelona's history. Our commitment reaches so far that in some listed buildings we not only recovered the façade and protected parts, but we also adapted the modern parts to the original style of the building, reinterpreting it.
