Dr. Enric Cera commissions architect Enric Sagnier Villavecchia to build an Alpine style chalet.

The Núñez y Navarro group buys the house from the family heirs, the Torre-Balari Cera, with the intention of rehabilitating the listed building.

Restoration and rehabilitation work begins on 5 June.
