Urbanisation of the Bruc - Casp crossroad in the framework of the Cerdà Expansion plan (Eixample). Pau Sansalvador applies to the council for a permit to erect a building on his 717 m2 plot.

1895-1896

Approximate construction period. The architect in charge is Jaume Bernadas Mir.

1935

Dolors Sansalvador, the daughter of the owner, applies for a permit to add another storey to the building. The architect Francesc de Paula Riera carries out the commission.

1952

Dolors Sansalvador again applies for a permit for further additions. Francesc de Paula Riera is hired once again.

2005

The Núñez y Navarro group buys the entire building.

2009

Restoration and rehabilitation work begins in November.

2016

Restoration work ends in February.
